Effective January 1, 2020, the Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (QIES) OASIS Assessment and Submission and Processing (ASAP) system will no longer be available. At that time, all OASIS assessments must be submitted to the new internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES) at https://iqies.cms.gov. The user-requested HHA reports in the CASPER Reporting application will no longer be available. Home Health providers will be required to access all HHA user-requested OASIS Provider and OASIS Quality Improvement reports from within the iQIES system.
Note: HHA providers are encouraged to access and download any user-requested HHA Provider and/or OASIS Quality Improvement reports or system-generated reports you wish to retain from the CASPER Reporting application prior to the transition to iQIES. Once the transition to the new system occurs, providers will no longer be able to access or request the CASPER reports.
Note: The December 2019 HHA Provider Preview Report for the April 2020 Compare Refresh will continue to be available in the provider’s CASPER shared folder during the 30-day provider preview period.
