The SNF Provider Threshold Report in the 'SNF Quality Reporting Program' report category in the CASPER Reporting application is unavailable. An issue has been identified with the display of HCP COVID-19 Vaccine data submission results. In some cases, the report display may indicate that HCP COVID-19 Vaccine data have been submitted for all months in the reporting quarter, when in fact this may not be the case. As always, and especially while this report is unavailable in CASPER, providers are encouraged to log into CDC's National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) application and confirm that the HCP COVID-19 Vaccine data has been submitted, especially for Calendar Quarter 1, 2022 (January, February, and March 2022) before the associated data submission deadline date of August 15th is reached.
