The SNF Provider Threshold Report in the 'SNF Quality Reporting Program' report category in the CASPER Reporting application is available. An issue had been identified with the display of HCP COVID-19 Vaccine data submission results. In some cases, the report display may have indicated that HCP COVID-19 Vaccine data had been submitted for all months in the reporting quarter, when in fact this may not have been the case. As always, providers are encouraged to log into CDC's National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) application and confirm that the HCP COVID-19 Vaccine data has been submitted, especially for Calendar Quarter 1, 2022 (January, February, and March 2022).
