The OASIS Data Submission Specifications Version 2.21.0 are now available for download. This DRAFT version applies to the OASIS-C2 item set which is scheduled for implementation on January 1, 2018. Please note the addition of edit -5480 for item M0063_MEDICARE_NUM, as well as its implementation, which is described on page 2 of the Overview document.
