The complete set of LTCH CARE Data Submission Specifications have been updated and posted on the LTCH Quality Reporting Technical webpage at https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Quality-Initiatives-Patient-Assessment-Instruments/LTCH-Quality-Reporting/LTCH-Technical-Information. The new version is V4.00.0 and the documents containing the specifications are dated 03/05/2020. The DRAFT version submission specifications include the new standardized patient assessment data elements (SPADEs) and Transfer of Health items to align with the LTCH Care Data Set Version 5.00, scheduled for implementation on October 1, 2020.
