CMS has identified an issue with the FY2019 IRF Provider Threshold Report, which has resulted in the display of zeroes in the Data Completion threshold column for the measure Percent of Residents or Patients with Pressure Ulcers that are New or Worsened (NQF #0678). This error has resulted from the change in the items used to calculate the pressure ulcer measure (effective as of October 1, 2016), as well as the coding logic behind those changes. Due to the positive feedback regarding the value of this report in monitoring data submission for the CDC/NHSN quality measures, the decision was made to keep this report in production while we work to update this report to include all of the measures currently required for APU compliance determination.
