The complete set of IRF-PAI Data Submission Specifications has been updated and posted on the IRF PPS Data Specifications webpage https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Medicare-Fee-for-Service-Payment/InpatientRehabFacPPS/DataSpecs.
The FINAL version data submission specifications include the new standardized patient assessment data elements and Transfer of Health items to align with IRF-PAI Version 4.0 now scheduled for implementation on October 1, 2022.
