The LTCH CARE Submissions portion of the QIES Assessment Submission & Processing (ASAP) system will be unavailable and will no longer accept submissions as of Friday, March 15th at 6pm ET. As of March 25th, all future submissions and reports will be submitted and stored in the Internet Quality Improvement & Evaluation System, referred to as iQIES. Additional information will be sent once iQIES is available.
It is recommended that LTCH providers access CASPER to obtain any needed reports before CASPER LTCH report access is removed 4/22/2019.
