Important Information Regarding Reports in iQIES/CASPER (HHA ASAP System No Longer Available)

Feb 06, 2020

The OASIS submissions portion of the QIES Assessment Submission and Processing (ASAP) system is no longer available.  All HHA users are required to submit OASIS records to the internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES) at: https://iqies.cms.gov.

The HHA Provider and OASIS Quality Improvement reports will be made iteratively available to users in iQIES as they are finalized.

The following HHA Provider Reports are available in iQIES:

• OASIS Agency Final Validation

• OASIS Submitter Final Validation

• OASIS Error Detail

• OASIS Error Summary By Agency

• HHA Discharges

• HHA Activity

• HHA Roster

• HHA Vendor List

NOTE: The HHA 0003D/0004D Package Report will remain available in the HHA Provider report category in the CASPER Reporting application.

The following OASIS Quality Improvement Reports are available in iQIES:

• HHA Review and Correct Report

  •  NOTE: Patient-level results for this report are available in the Comma Separated Values (CSV) file only; these same results will be added to the Portable Document Format (PDF) version of the report in a subsequent release.

All other OASIS Quality Improvement reports will remain available in the CASPER Reporting application until the corresponding reports are available in iQIES, at which point the CASPER reports will no longer be available.

NOTE: Data in the OASIS Quality Improvement reports in CASPER were last calculated on 12/26/2019 and are reflective of OASIS episodes with Discharge Dates through September 30, 2019.

The December 2019 HHA Provider Preview Report for the April 2020 Compare Refresh and the HHA QAO report will continue to be available in the HHA’s CASPER shared folder during the 30-day provider preview period.
