Hospice Quality Measure Reports Available

We previously notified Hospices that the Hospice-Level and Hospice Patient Stay-Level Quality Measure reports available in the CASPER Reporting application would be unavailable beginning February 5, 2018 while updates were being made to the reports. Please note the reports are once again available via the Hospice Quality Reporting Program report category within the CASPER Reporting application. As a reminder, the new NQF #3235 Hospice and Palliative Care Composite Process Measure - Comprehensive Assessment at Admission, was added to these reports. Section 4 of the CASPER Reporting Hospice Provider User۪s Guide has been updated to reflect the changes in these reports.
