Home Health Review and Correct Report Unavailable

The Home Health Review and Correct report will be unavailable beginning Thursday, March 14, at 8 am EST while the report is updated.

The Home Health Review and Correct report located in the ‘OASIS Quality Improvement‘ category in the CASPER Reporting application will be UNAVAILABLE while enhancements are applied to the reports.

Anticipated updates or enhancements include:
• The addition of three new measures starting April 1, 2019:
 -Changes in Skin Integrity Post-Acute Care: Pressure Ulcer/Injury
 -Application of Percent of Long-Term Care Hospital Patients with an Admission and Discharge Functional Assessment and a Care Plan That Addresses Function (NQF #2631)
 -Application of Percent of Residents Experiencing One or More Falls with Major Injury (NQF #0674)
• The addition of Patient-Level data will now display with the Agency-Level data results.
 -A .csv file output will be available for the Patient-Level data
• The Patient-Level and Agency-Level data will have new filter/sorting functionality within the CASPER Report Submit screen to customize the reporting results.

Providers will receive follow-up communication once the reports are available.
